On property is a one mile long trail that
winds its way down from the Residence
to the Bamboo Garden and then along
the river to the bottom of Kulaniapia Falls.
From there, the trail leads back up towards
the Residence This loop trail is lined with very
mature and unusual Bamboo Varieties at the
present, and the possibility of expanding this
area to an Ethno Botanical trail or other Botanical
plantings would be possible and would certainly
enhance the property.
There are 3 additional, tiered, 20 ft waterfalls located
in our Bamboo Garden below the main falls, plus an 800 sq. ft. deck
overlooking the Waiau river with breathtaking views
of Kulaniapia Falls in the distance.
This is an other-worldly place suitable for meditation
or contemplation, and roomy enough to conduct yoga
or other classes or activitites.
